Burleigh Bunker

Local Rules”

Play by the rules, or don’t play

There are no dress regulations other than keep them on at all times.

Burleigh Bunker is a shared space and as such, consideration of others is a must (language, televised material and music should be suitable for all patrons and at a minimal volume).

No slow policy is strictly enforced at The Burleigh Bunker. Please respect the player / group behind you and move on when your allotted time is up.

Use ALL due care when golfing

  • One player within the hitting space.

  • No practice swings outside the hitting space.

  • Hit one ball at a time from the centre on the mat ONLY TOWARDS THE IMPACT SCREEN.

  • Strictly no “Happy Gilmore’s” or trick shots to be played at any time. This is to prevent serious injury to the individual and all patrons within the facility.

No need to keep score – We are about entertainment and enjoyment. While facility tournaments and club championships will be arranged its the size of the smile not of the winner cheque that matters.

Dont touch your own balls – use ours. To preserve the impact screens and projected images (your balls might be dirty).

As a member / private facility, The Burleigh Bunker currently allows responsible BYO. This will be the case as long as your self serving doesn’t endanger yourself or others. We reserve the right to stop you from participating if excessive alcohol use is in play. This is for the individuals safety and for the safety of others. You will be told that you are Out Of Bounds (OOB) if conduct affects others enjoyment. Burleigh Bunker reserves the right to revoke Memberships of those who are not being responsible are found to be abusing this privilege. As per any Golf club - you are responsible for your guests.

Please exercise a NO DRINK DRIVE policy. We recommend to PLAN ahead or leave your car and call a Taxi / UBER if you are over the limit.

“If you drink, don’t drive. Don’t even putt.”

― Dean Martin

Key Fobs are for the sole entry of the owner, all due care should be used when leaving to power down technology and SHUT THE ENTRY DOOR.

Sims are limited to 4 golfers per session per bay

Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

If not golfing, when possible, move to the upstairs area. Much like the 16th hole at the Phoenix Open, its a great viewing deck, easier to Respectfully sledge and Safer for all!!
